About Guarantee and Deposit
Due that our hotel reservation are for large scale exhibition, your guarantee and deposit for your reservation are needed under the following situations
1.By the requirements of hotels (usually, 5 and 4 star hotels, your credit card is needed for the guarantee
2.One-night fare is required by us as the deposit when more than 10 rooms are booked.
3.Your room reserving time required is beyond the rule of hotel.
The hotel has the right of prosecuting one night room fee when one of the following situation happens
1.After credit card guarantee, your change and cancellation is out of the time regulated by the hotel, according to different hotels. Once your itinerary gets some changes, please notify us before its deadline of change and cancellation.
2.Once you have not check in when exceeding the deadline of change and cancellation time, one night room fee should be paid.
3.Once your reservation days are more than your staying days, A few hotels will require that you pay for the rest of the days that you do not stay.
You have the right of keeping your room for whole night, if you provide your credit card as guarantee.
We will provide you with a more personalised service and try our best to protect your benefits, please notify our account manager in the first time when you change your itinerary, so that you can avoid unnecesary lost.
Normally, all customers, booking through us, shall pay the room fees to us and other fees to the hotels.
1.When companies transfer and remittance, the hotel fees should be transferred or remitted to J.N.H’s account before check in.
2.If you need mobile Pos credit card services and door to door collection services, our account manager will charge the credit cards or take the cash when you check in at the reception desk.

About cash payment at the reception desk.
-- Due to our group special room rate, our guests can not make the payment at the reception desk as other guests, in order to avoid the questions from the guests: why pay higher hotel fees than our guests.
-- A few hotels accept our guests payment at the reception desk, however, the room rate will get some raise. Please contact us if you insist on paying at the reception desk by yourself.
About Check out
Normally, our guests can leave the hotel after paying the bill of hotel expense besides the room fees at the reception desk at the reserved date. However, if you need to leave earlier or extend your stay, please contact our account manager at the reception desk. Should you leave too hurry to deal with check out or find the bill, please contact us.
